ALBUM LAUNCH EVENT – SAM BAILEY

Brief:

Our brief was to showcase Sam’s second studio album, Sing My Heart Out, to music industry and media decision-makers. We were also tasked with creating a buzz around Sam’s return to the spotlight and to create momentum around the album's release.

Delivery:

We choose The Dorchester Hotel, London, as the venue for the album launch. Ahead of the event we began to reach out to the national press and figures from the music industry and the broader media. Interest in the event was high and we welcomed a number of celebrities to the launch.

Having dealt with all AV provision through trusted partners, we dressed the hotel's The Ballroom, and prepared a pop-up media hub to facilitate a one-hour interview schedule. We also handled the event's catering plans and security.

 

Outcome:

The event was a huge success with over 260 happy guests. Each guest was provided with a goody bag along with a copy of Sam's album. Total coverage for the event reached an incredible 953,950,908 across over 300 different print, broadcast and digital titles.
